An architect or delivery director, usually within a few hours and always within one business day. There is no SDR tier and no qualification email sequence. The first reply is a technical one.

No. Most useful first conversations start from a constraint rather than a spec: an audit date, a contract renewal, an integration that keeps failing, one engineer who understands a critical system. If a specification exists we will read it; if it does not, discovery is often the honest first engagement.

A two-week technical assessment. Below that we are not useful, because we would be guessing about your system rather than reading it. Assessments are fixed price and credited against a build if you proceed.

Yes, and it happens several times a quarter. Sometimes the right answer is a product you can buy, a change to how your existing team is organised, or one senior hire rather than an agency. We would rather be the firm that said so than the firm that invoiced anyway.

We deliver inside SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 programmes, including engagements where no data leaves the customer VPC and all model endpoints are private. Security questionnaires, DPAs and evidence packs are handled by our security engineering team, not by a salesperson.
